Director of Food and Beverage

The Clubs at St. James Plantation in Southport, NC is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Director of Food & Beverage.  Qualified candidates will be experienced in a club environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service for our guests. 

 

Key Responsibilities are:Directs and oversees all facets of food and beverage management for multiple outlets in residential community golf & country club including personnel, menus, ordering, food production, inventory specifications, catering promotion and meeting corporate standards.Clearly defines, assigns and delegates responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments (i.e., kitchens, catering, restaurants and snack bars).Prepares and monitors all F&B budgets, revenue goals and the expenses as well as generating various weekly and monthly business volume forecasts and planning accordingly.Delivers excellent, consistent quality as well as effective inventory control.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates/Licenses: Applicable Sanitation Training, Alcohol Awareness Training/TIPS
