Director of Marketing

Snappy Tomato Pizza is an expanding Northern Kentucky based franchise with locations in 7 states across the South and Midwest.We are currently seeking a marketing professional with both experience and leadership capabilities that can take over the role of Director of Marketing.  The candidate for this position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Snappy Tomato brand, implementing company wide promotions, and facilitating the training of members of our marketing team.  The right candidate for this job must demonstrate the following capabilities:Education and ExperienceMinimum of 2-5 years experience in both marketing or sales.  BSBA preferred but not required.  LeadershipThe candidate for this position must demonstrate an ability to motivate other members of the marketing team, franchisees, and external partners to achieve maximum value.  Entrepreneurial SpiritWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record as a self-starter.  As Director of Marketing for a relatively small but growing company, this person will be in charge of facilitating growth for both new and existing franchises.  Creative and Strategic Thinker
