Director of Operations

Long-established barbecue restaurant and catering operation looking for a highly qualified professional to participate in expansion to a second location in the Boston Metro area.  Must have multi-unit experience, as well as large-unit opening experience, excellent numbers crunching, top personnel skills and a complete willingness to commit to a twelve to eighteen month ramp up.  Current operation has between 80 and 100 employees, depending on season.  The second location will effectively double this and include a 10,000 sq ft facility.  The Director of Ops will be key in establishing a team of managers ready for the challenges of running two high-volume businesses with an intense bar and craft brew business at its core.  Salary and benefits package is competitive.
