This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate who wants to join a positive, energetic team with a proven winning record.  The owner/operators of this franchise have over 25 years of experience with very successful concepts in the Kalamazoo market area.  

The Wine Loft features an urban-chic atmosphere that looks like it belongs in San Francisco, Manhattan or New Orleans where the concept first originated. The extensive wine list features 250 vintages of which 50 are available by the glass. Trendy house music, a delectable selection of gourmet appetizers and desserts and over-the-top service blend to make The Wine Loft a satisfying experience for customers and staff alike.

BENEFITS
- Salary $30K
- Bonus up to $6K Annually (production/cost control based, paid monthly)

REQUIREMENTS
- 1-5 years restaurant cooking experience
- Familiar with cost controls
- Full Time
- 50 hours per week (5 nights, opens at 5pm daily)
