Equipment Mechanic

Summary:

This job will perform all in-house equipment mechanic duties and track all equipment maintenance performed.

 

Job Description:Replace and repair parts on all lift equipmentKeep a preventive maintenance program on all lift equipmentAbility to repair all lift equipment batteriesAbility to trouble shoot and diagnose all lift equipmentAbility to work on Electrical SystemsRefrigeration Knowledge Required:  Ammonia Systems

 

Requirements:Have general knowledge of electronics; hydraulics; and refrigerationRacking knowledge and ability to repair any damage in warehouseMust be able to use both hands, both feet, lift above shoulders, bend at the waist, lift and carry over 40 lbsMust perform with excellent teamwork and a great attitudeMust be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervisionAttendance and general overall performance will be taken into consideration on all applicantsOvertime is kept to a minimum but will be necessary at times – must be able to be on call and flexible schedule is a MUST!
