Event Sales Manager Needed for Upscale Bowling Lounge - Del Amo

 POSITION SUMMARY1. Be an integral member of the Lucky Strike Entertainment team.  2. Strategic partner to GM in defining market specific opportunities and the role special events play in deliveringannual financial targets. 3. Lead Event Sales process – Meet quarterly/annual financial targets, develop market assessment, overseeannual and quarterly event sales budgets, planning process, identify new business opportunities, and generateleads.  4. Establish visible position within local agencies such as I.S.E.S., M.P.I., Chamber of Commerce and Visitor and    Convention Bureau as a means to champion the brand, build brand awareness, and drive incremental sales and  traffic. 5. Work closely with marketing counterpart and National Director of Special Events to achieve aforementioned goals.  6. Periodically, present best practices to peer group for share and learn opportunities.   SKILLS REQUIREDThe successful candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. coupled with 5 to 7 years of solid sales experience with 3 to 4 years specifically focused in Hotel, Hospitality, Restaurant or Entertainment Event Sales.
