Executive ChefResponsible for the successful culinary production operation under the direction of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services at 480 bed acute care facility. Duties include the food production of patient meals, guest/employee retail operations and catering functions. Adheres to HACCP guidelines to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary food production, preparation and presentation. Additional duties include menu development, inventory, ordering/purchasing, food cost controls, training, sanitation, and personnel management to include hiring, firing, counseling, coaching and developing. Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in the English and Spanish languages

  Director of Food & Nutrition Services
Directly responsible for the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services. Ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost effective management meeting and exceeding stated expectations. Responsible for all foodservice-related activities; including patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering etc), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and hospital-related activities.Restaurant /Retail Manager
Responsible for the successful retail/cafeteria operation of Food & Nutrition Services under the direction of the Director, Food and Nutrition Services. Performs a variety of duties to include the planning and supervision of special functions, maintaining cash controls, payroll records, hiring and training of personnel. Ensures customer satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient uses of resources.
