Our ideal candidate will have:

 Experience working in a reputable Italian restaurant Italian heritage and speak fluent Italian (ability to also speak Spanish is a plus)5+ years of Executive Chef experienceUnderstanding of corporate structure To be able to follow current menuResponsibility of overseeing menu changes and  costing out product High volume experience on line production P&L knowledge and be able to diligently control labor and food costsExtroverted personality to coach and mentor staff, as well as to speak  confidently with customers  Computer experience
