Experienced Cake Decorator

Cuts, fills and ices cakes.  Decorates and writes messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips.  Packages cakes for special order and back stock.



Other tasks and responsibilites:

Checks cake order stand for special orders, pulls stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area, depans, garnishes and packages baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies and fruit tarts, places finished product on racks and transfers racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area, checks production schedule for daily needs.
Processes all cakes following assembly instruciton in cake decorating manual. 
Assist with other bakery duties as needed, provides prompt and courteous member service.
Completes food certification and all safety training required by the department.
