  We currently have an opening for a seasoned Assistant Manager who has three to five years quick service management experience.

 

This candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to recruit and retain a solid crew base. This candidate will be responsible for the development of his or her subordinates, share accountability for profit and loss of the unit, and be able to function effectively in an extremely challenging, high volume restaurant. The successful candidate will encourage, motivate, and discipline the staff in order to enforce high standards in a diverse work environment.
