Our Ideal Candidate… LOVES the restaurant business and inspires others with his or her enthusiasm and positive energy; Has a minimum of 1-3 years of management experience in a fast food, fast casual, or casual dining environment with proven job longevity; Will be growth and career oriented; Possesses strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to complete several concurrent tasks; Is self-motivated and thrives on doing a job well. Has had some Profit and Loss exposure and/or responsibility; Is capable of facilitating discussion between individuals with differing perspectives; Has experience confronting performance issues as well as giving rewards and recognition; and Can pronounce our name – Qdoba - correctly!! (Here's a hint...Cue-Doe-ba)
