Position Summary

 

Our Restaurant Servers are courteous individuals interested in the comfort and personal satisfaction of our members and guests.  As an important part of our team you will have a positive impact on the success of our club by:

 

· Serving members/patrons with a smile,

· Promptly obtaining and preparing orders

· Collecting and processing fees with cash register and balancing cash drawer

· Maintaining and keeping restaurant exceptionally clean

· Assisting with inventory of product and supplies

 

Our most successful Restaurant Servers:

 

· Have previous food and beverage experience

· Carry themselves in an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive manner

· Demonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving others

· Are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Are punctual, dependable, and team oriented

· Take pride in themselves and their work

· Are self-motivated and require little direct supervision
