POSITION REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONCESSIONS OPERATIONS, WITH AT LEAST $900K PER YEAR IN VOLUME.

Food Service & Concession Manager needed for national visitor Service Company at the Denver Zoo.  Experience with inventory and item analysis, scheduling according to budget, supervising multiple concession units, recruiting and training concession workers & cashiers, and kitchen management is a must.

This is a physical, in-the-field position, with desk duties limited to scheduling, time planning, and product ordering only. The Food Service & Concession Manager will assist the Food & Beverage Manager by providing supervision of Concession Supervisors, food runner / mobile cart supervisor, prep crew, as well as the concession workers & cashiers. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: assistance with staff recruiting, training and scheduling employees, placing and/or approving food orders, review and participation in food prep, occasional assistance with catering operations, and food expediting.

Work in unique surroundings, with well established company.  This is a salary position, between $38,000.00 and $41,000.00 per year, based on experience.  Excellent benefits that include paid vacations, 401(K), medical and dental insurance, disability and more.  Applicants must be from the Denver area, a relocation package is not available.
