Franchise Training Specialist

This position is located in Tulsa, OK.  Home based position, vehicle provided.Prepare franchise food locations for successful operation through consulting, training, marketing and other tasks. Executes the HSF system that has been developed for training locations following the formats and guidelines documented in the Training Specialist handbook.  Employee shall use independent discretion in determining how best to administer HSF policies and specifications. Instructs, enforces, and maintains compliance by all Franchisees to Hot Stuff Foods standards and specifications. Train new franchisees and staff to prepare cook products and run equipment. Assists the Hot Stuff Foods Shoppe by answering operational and marketing questions, reviewing administrative paperwork, and communicating new products and procedures. Provides feedback and follow-up with the Quest Business Advisor, Division Director of Operations, Division Vice- President, VP of Training and Growth Team Development and Executive Vice President to Operations regarding the training and opening of locations as requested. Cultivates a favorable business relationship with the Franchisee. Assures that all company and governmental regulations are being observed. Collects, organizes, and routes sales numbers for all locations trained as a lead trainer. Assists the Franchisee to maximize profits. Quest Business Advisor vacation relief as needed. Conduct mystery shopper visits.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years restaurant/foodservice experience. Maintains and safely operates company vehicle.  Must have current drivers license. Self motivated Excellent communication skills Positive attitude Enjoy working with people, enjoy teaching Willing to travel extensively with long hours, 4-5 nights out of town weekly.
