Front of House: Management and staff

Daniel's Restaurant is seeking management candidates for our current location in Apex and for our new location in Fuquay-Varina.

General Manager candidates should have restaurant management experience, including BOH knowledge (food costing, inventory, labor management), as well as basic computer skills.  We require someone who can inspire and motivate staff members in a high-volume, fast paced environment.  The restaurant is family owned and operated, with an emphasis on service and quality.

Assistant Manager (2 openings) should also have restaurant experience, preferably playing some leadership/key employee role. 

This is an opportunity to grow with an independent restaurant with continued expansion plans.

Daniel's Restaurant is currently hiring for all other FOH positions (servers, bar, host, etc). Staffing is needed for our current location in Apex, NC as well as for the location that is opening in Fuquay-Varina in May 2008.
