We currently have seven successful restaurants in the Virginia market. Our aggressive growth plan calls for three new stores in the coming months, building toward a total of 20 restaurants. We need dedicated restaurant professionals to help us achieve this vision. These positions have very high expectations associated with them. The Qdoba Managerial Candidate-

*LOVES the restaurant business and inspires others with his/her enthusiasm and positive energy!

*Minimum of one year management experience in a fast-casual, casual or fast food environment with proven job longevity.

*Will possess a working and literate knowledge-base of computer skills.

*Has a concept of the practices of catering (as it is a large part of our business).

*Possesses a working knowledge of Profit & Loss Statements (P&L's).

*Has strong multi-tasking skills to include dependable modes of communication with supervisors.

*Is capable of facilitating discussion between individuals with differing perspectives.

*Has experience counseling and coaching substandard job-related issues as well as recognizing and rewarding positive performance.

*The ability to correctly pronounce our name - QDOBA ! Here's a hint...(CUE-DOE-BA).
