General Manager, 32° Luxe Lounge (Philadelphia)

Do you have a proven high-end hospitality track record, with cocktail and bottle service lounge management experience? 32° Luxe Lounge, owned and operated by the dynamic Libre Management hospitality group, is seeking a qualified and seasoned GM to provide guests with the highest quality beverage and bottle service experience, while achieving maximum venue productivity.  

Responsibilities include providing leadership in the areas of Operations, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources and Marketing. This position calls for budget management and outstanding communication skills.

Work in a high-energy, dynamic setting, dedicated to the VIP nightlife experience.

- Venue maintenance and cleanliness
- Developing and maintaining an exceptional environment

- Special event coordination and implementation
- Budget adherence
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or 2-5 years demonstrated experience and/or training, specifically within restaurant, bar, lounge or nightclub capacity.
- Superior communication, prioritization and organizational skills required.
- Ability to develop and drive top line sales, as well as drive business by ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for the nightlife & hospitality industries and the opportunity to grow a business.  
- Passionate about service and people with a guest-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with multiple POS systems
- Strong FOH processes and procedures, inventory and shrinkage control capabilities.
- Experience and impeccable references – a must!

This position reports to the Director of Nightlife Operations.  Some travel may be required. 40-50 hour work weeks to be expected, including weekends.
