Assigning responsibility areas and work schedules.   Hiring and training employees in guest service, job skills, safety practices, organization policies and performance requirements.   Inspecting facility for compliance with occupational, health and safety regulations. Ensuring that employees are following safe working practices and have a working knowledge of all safety practices and procedures. Ensuring all alcohol and beverage servers are trained and that bowling center is in compliance with local alcohol regulations.   Reviewing operational expense and other financial reports for accuracy and assists in creating and maintaining center's annual budget, maintaining budget throughout the year and operating within that budget.   Addressing customer suggestions, concerns and complaints.   Supervising all bowling center employees.
