As a P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Operating Partner, through personal investment, you will share directly in the success of the restaurant you manage while also contributing to the growth of the company.  The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 4-5 years General Manager level experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant and have proven skills in managing the restaurant operations and culinary staff while maintaining the highest service standards.
