Our restaurants use only the highest quality ingredients in its dishes, and all the food is fresh and cooked to order. The open style kitchen showcases the fresh ingredients and the way the food is prepared. The exhibition kitchens treat guests to the art of fresh Asian cooking as they watch their dish being prepared to order.

Pick Up Stix is currently looking for a General Manager in Oxnard, CA

Position Overview:
Primarily responsible for supporting store operations in an hourly capacity. Assists in the overall management of a Pick Up Stix restaurant. Acts as the Store Manager in the absence of the GM. Ensures that the store is functioning to Pick Up Stix standards.

Position Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 12-25 employees in the FOH and BOH. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have 2 – 3 years of restaurant experience
- Ability to train, develop and motivate all staff
