CLUB MANAGER

 

Statement of Qualifications:

 

While organizational and management skills are a primerequisite, congeniality and common sense also rank very high on the list ofrequirements.  Experience in the foodservice industry, computer literacy, financial accounting and bar operation arealso requirements.

 The Manager is responsible for:Day to day operations of the Club, including condition of the facilities, security of Club property, maintenance of an accurate schedule of Club Events, ensuring of availability of regular supplies, operation of the dining and bar facilities (in conjunction with the Banquet Coordinator) and arrangements for rental of club facilitiesCollection of membership fees, maintenance of membership rolls and records management;Preparation and custody of financial records, using a computerized system and preparation of financial statements.  The Manager shall work closely with the Treasurer to ensure the Treasurer’s awareness of financial issue and shall make available financial statements as required by the Treasurer.Receiving all mail from PO Box daily and depositing of monies on behalf of the Club Implementation of Club policy; and Generally any other duties required in furtherance of the day to day operation of the club
