We are now a rapidly growing nationwide company that focuses on making authentic, health conscious food with the freshest ingredients served in a really cool atmosphere.

 

EVADO Inc. is opening its first zpizza location in the Twin Cities at Snelling and County Road C., right next to Byerly’s in Roseville, MN. We are looking for a proven General Manager to take the lead of this exciting new restaurant experience. Come join our family and grow your career with us!

 

Responsibilities of a General Manager:

-  Overall performance of the restaurant unit.

-  Proficiency at all levels, including recipe knowledge and execution, service standards, sanitation practices, FOH and BOH management functions.

-  Develop and meet financial targets and goals.

-  Assure proper staffing and training of employees and management personnel in unit.

-  Maintain quality of kitchen operations

-  Oversee and assure that Kitchen Manager is maintaining all areas of job responsibility

-  Uphold all Standard Operating Procedures, recipes and portion controls.

-  Conduct productive weekly management and employee departmental meetings.

-  Assist with other projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

*3-4 years of single unit restaurant or hospitality management experience.

*Basic knowledge of P & L analysis and reconciliation

*Working knowledge of POS systems

*Strong training background

*Experience with recruitment

*Ability to develop employees

*Demonstrated ability to build sales

*Strong leadership skills
