Must be re-locatable within the state of Texas.

Responsibilities:Oversee 6+ managers and 100+ employees All aspects of daily restaurant operations Local sales and marketing Development/training of management and hourly staff

 

Qualifications:All applicants must have 2+ years full service management experience with a minimum volume of 3 million and GM’s must have a minimum of 2 years GM experience Self starter, results-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment Accepts and completes multiple tasks in a proficient manner Strong P/L knowledge for GM and AGM level Local sales and marketing experience for GM level Strong leadership and communication skills
