We are seeking talented Sous Chefs/Chefs/Kitchen Managers

 

With 75 Steakhouses in eight western states, we can offer you a wide range of opportunities. As a dynamic and extremely influential part of the restaurant management team, you'll have hands-on responsibility for all aspects of your kitchen, including leading others to excellence.  The ability to get results through food quality, cost controls and consistent team performance will be key to your success.

 

Your responsibilities will include:Exceeding guest and team expectations by providing consistently great food and service Quality, Quality, QualityMeeting or exceeding food and labor cost goalsDeveloping a knowledgeable, passionate kitchen team through on-going coaching and developmentMaintaining a high morale and low turnover

 

To qualify, you should possess:2+ years of hands-on kitchen management experienceA passion for food quality and serviceExperience with inventories and schedules  Working knowledge of Excel and computersA level of comfort with a restaurant chain environment, menu and systemsExperience hand-cutting steaks is preferred
