Play a key role in our future success: Job DescriptionThe HRIS Analyst will serve as a liaison and business solutions partner between HR, the Systems and Technology Group, and many different areas within Compass Groups complex environment. This Analyst will work directly with stakeholders across the organization to provide system awareness, best practices, and develop innovative and integrated employee system solutions. Recipe to Succeed: Understand, define, and document business requirements Prepare system training documentation, and deliver system and/or process training using various training methods (individual, classroom, conference call, or web events) Design, create, test, and distribute HR and payroll related reports Contribute to each phase of a full system and project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support for all employee related systems Proactively monitor functionality and data integrity Support manager self service and workflow technologies Apply HR and employee systems knowledge to determine standard practices and processes Necessary Ingredients: Background in creating and maintaining Access databases as well as other Microsoft Office programs is required. Experience working with SAP preferred. Ability to solve problems and identify alternative processes to bring efficiencies to tasks. Must have effective communication and strong presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment. Strong desire to provide superior customer service.
