We currently have an excellent opportunity for an HR Manager to join our team. This person must help drive the “new”culture, reinforce our core values and monitor/execute the company policies and procedures. We need a top notch person who is passionate about the service segment and is skilled in running an HR department.

 

Your direct responsibilities include Administer, expand and define the benefits package offered Administer all aspects of the HR function and efficiently and accurately maintain all HR record. Maintain and evolve the company's HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all federal and CA state laws. Manage employee relations; help conduct internal investigations and support field operations with disciplinary actions. Responsible for recruiting and staffing process. Help administer bi-weekly in-house payroll. Help & support field operations personnel to conduct general orientation for all new employees periodically. Support and develop a forum for employee complaints/disputes/grievances. Help facilitate and conduct safety meetings/programs. Provide guidance for performance review process, ensuring annual and 90 day reviews are completed and documented.

What you bring with you

  Bachelor’s degree required unless other skills and experiences provide an exceptional alternative/relevant professional qualification. Up-to-date knowledge of Human Resources practice and employment law. Excellent oral and written communication style with a very high standard of English language and significant experience presenting to audiences of all sizes/levels. Bi-lingual is a strong plus (English/Spanish). An effective change agent with excellent impact and leadership skills. Passionate & high-energy attitude. Strong work ethics, self-sufficient & highly organized. Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet the needs of the business is a Must. A strategic thinker – builds plans which reflect short, medium and long-term opportunities. Experience demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Solid computer skills – working ability in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook. Great team player & able to work in a fast paced environment.
