Immediate Chef and Sous Chef Opportunities for experienced Sous Chefs/Chefs/Kitchen Managers

 

With 76 Steakhouses in eight western states, we can offer you a wide range of opportunities. As a dynamic and extremely influential part of the restaurant management team, you'll have hands-on responsibility for all aspects of your kitchen while leading your team to excellence.  The ability to get results through food quality, cost controls and consistent team performance will be key to your success.

 

Your responsibilities will include:Exceeding guest and team expectations by providing consistently great food and service A passion for Quality, Quality, Quality Meeting or exceeding food and labor cost goals Developing a knowledgeable, passionate kitchen team through on-going coaching and development Maintaining a high morale and low turnover

 

To qualify, you should possess:2+ years of hands-on kitchen management experience A passion for food quality and service Experience with inventories and schedules  Working knowledge of Excel and computers A level of comfort with a chain restaurant environment, menu and systems Experience with hand-cutting steaks is preferred
