Kiosk Installation Manager (Deployment Manager)

Position Purpose:This position is responsible for the deployment of additional kiosks at existing locations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Works with executive analyst, business development, client relations, clients, operations, deployment managers and coordinators, consultants, contractors, and others to deploy additional kiosks at existing locations Reporting and tracking of various projects via project management software Serving as a key contact point between the deployment team and other affected departments relative to status of projects Schedules site surveys with clients to determine kiosk locations Creates schedules and timelines for additional kiosk installations Orders equipment, schedules delivery and manages vendors to ensure timely delivery of kiosk equipment and materials Manages accounts payable relative to kiosk equipment Maintain data base of existing locationsNegotiates terms and conditions of deployment agreements Manages all necessary due diligence, including securing all required permits and approvals “Hands on” management of the deployment process, including the coordination of efforts of other resources (e.g., contractors, consultants, vendors, government agencies, operations, etc.) Ensures high quality control standards for construction and installation of interior and exterior kiosks (e.g., cost, timing, process, location, and craftsmanship) Ensures projects are closed out appropriately (e.g., punch-list, contractor documentation, invoicing, adherence to construction-related accounting principles) Ensures appropriate construction files are maintained for all projectsSelects resources (general contractor, architect, etc.) Prioritizes deployment opportunities to ensure best use of capital (maximize exterior Redbox locations in appropriate channel) within the market Maintains reports to reflect status of key schedule milestones related to projects Participates in Deployment meetings as requiredManages personal G & A expenditures relatives to budget Meets budget parameters, ensuring low-cost, best-value, for all construction-related expenditures Ensures that deployment costs are updated, monitored, and reviewed as required Provides construction and design recommendations for specific elements of Redbox kiosk design and installation Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Assertive, enthusiastic, and team-building style Experience in managing aggressive construction schedules of multiple locations in multiple marketsA passion for interacting in a positive and creative manner with customers, team members, contractors, and suppliers. Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, detail oriented, and problem solving skills. Demonstrates high-level verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage numerous tasks quickly, accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment with deadline pressure Demonstrates a high-level of computer literacy, including proficiency in web-based software applications as well as office productivity applications such as Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access. Has the ability to address and diplomatically resolve inter-personal conflict. Has a solid and unwavering belief in good ethics and honesty. Significant travelCommunicates with internal and external constituencies project scope and schedule Develops and effectively manages a network of contractors, vendors, and other outside consultants Cultivates and maintains excellent working relationships and serves as the construction subject matter expert and resource for the Redbox team, clients, and consultants Demonstrates charismatic, team-building style, generation enthusiasm and commitment Communicates and implements corporate policies and procedures  Education/Experience:  Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in small platform, multi-site installation coordination in a high growth, fast paced environment
