Lead Cafe

AMERICAN GIRL PLACE, located in Chicago near the Magnificent Mile, in New York near Rockefeller Center and in Los Angeles in The Grove shopping center, is the award-winning retail and entertainment site created by American Girl,a wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel, Inc, selling books, dolls, clothing and other products for girls age 3-12. We have an excellent opportunity for the following professionals to join our team. As a Café Lead/Supervisor you will assist the Café Manager and Assistant Manager with the daily operation of the Cafe. You will assist in overseeing all aspects of the Cafe business while ensuring high quality customer service and personnel leadership. Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to all cafe guests; maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in the cafe At least 1 year management or supervisory experience in a fine dining restaurant or high volume restaurant is preferred.
