Family Restaurant on an East End Golf Course, serving Lunch & Dinner (Breakfast during season), Private Parties and Golf Outings.

Qualifications:
-Applicant must be fluent in English & Be able to read English
-we require experience in grilling & Broiling
-Minimal of High School Graduate
-At least 2 Years Line Cook experience
-Experience with basic food prep (sauces, soups)
-Exhibit strong organizational skills
-Be dependable
-Team player

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Maintain a sanitary kitchen by following SCDOH codes & cleaning schedule
-Complete meal preparation by grilling, sautéing roasting & broiling
-Prepare ingredients by following recipes
-Provide creative input into menu development

Compensation:
-$12 - $16 per hour based on experience
