Maintenance Technician: A/C & Refrigiration

Position:The coffee Bean &Tea Leaf is seeking the ideal candidate to join our team to provide Maintenance and support to it’s over 200 + stores throughout Southern California and Arizona region. Those interested in a rewarding career with a fast paced, fun filled atmosphere with a company who cares for its employees as much as it customers, should forward their resume.Responsibilities: Perform all needed repairs including installation & trouble shooting of problems with refrigerators, Bake cases, Reach-ins, and A/C packages 3- 10 tons in size. Replacement of compressors, perform evacuations and recharging of refrigeration Freon as needed. Perform all regular preventative maintenance to refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment on a rotating scheduled basis. Perform routine general maintenance to all of our stores. This position requires travel and overnight stays on occasion as well as to drive extensively throughout all of our stores. Position is provided with a company vehicle and gas allowance and company provides stipend for all travel expenses. Qualifications: Must have current refrigerant evacuation certification in order to be considered for this position. Air-conditioning and refrigeration experience including installation & trouble shooting of problems with refrigerators, Bake cases, Reach-ins, and A/C packages 3- 10 tons in size. Must have clean driving record and outstanding quality to work in a hospitality industry where the customer and your co-workers are number one. Previous coffee equipment repair experience is desired, but not necessary. Successful candidate should have the ability to be trained in the maintenance and repair of the coffee equipment used in all our stores in order to perform the required maintenance and repairs as needed. Candidates must possess good communication skills and ability to work with outside vendors and contractors effectively. Candidates must be customer service oriented, self-starters and organized in handling all related paperwork associated with the position.
