The Building Operations, Security & Loss Prevention team is seeking a strong Building Operations Manager to assist the Executive Director of Building Operations and Loss Prevention. Based out of our Support Center in Rosemead, CA, the Building Operations Manager will lead and support several functions relating to operations and maintenance of the Support Center, security and loss prevention. Job Responsibilities: Assists Executive Director of Building Operations and Loss Prevention with: Developing plans to address wide range of security-related events and appropriate preventive strategies and internal controls. Developing communication and implementation of company-wide security policies and practices. Protecting the company’s people, processes, and assets from harm and loss. Coordinating efforts within the organization to restore critical systems in a catastrophic event. Assessing the effectiveness of current Loss Prevention policies and procedures. Partnering with Restaurant/Internal Audit department and Risk Management on loss prevention and risk management procedures, compliance and investigations. Overseeing renovation and maintenance projects Leading Maintenance team BS or BA degree preferred 4-5 years of corporate security, facilities management and loss prevention. 3+ years supervising/managing staff. Restaurant background is a plus. Strong organizational, communication and project management skills Ability to foster a team environment by setting clear goals and performance expectations Proficient with Microsoft Office products Local travel required Value added Overall safety of associates, operations and technology Significant loss prevention efforts that result in financial savings Security policy and procedure administration Panda Restaurant Group’s culture is strongly guided by our Mission and Values, highlighted on the Panda websites.
