Manager, Field Marketing

Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, the Manager of Field Marketing will develop and execute Regional and Local Store Marketing initiatives to further brand recognition, maximize market share, capitalize on national marketing opportunities and increase sales. Will provide leadership and mentoring to a field network of company certified field marketers and franchise partner representatives. Will be a business partner and interface with a cross-functional team including Operations, Training, agencies and franchise partners.

The Manager of Field Marketing will have strong relationship building, communications and writing skills, excel at multi-tasking and be a problem solver. Successful candidate will be strategic, creative and results driven. This position will office remotely, therefore, the ideal candidate also must be able to successfully work independently, while providing marketing support for a diverse geographic region and interfacing with personnel at Johnny Rockets headquarters in Lake Forest, California.

Ideal candidates for the Eastern Region will be located in the DC Metro area. Candidates in other areas will be considered. Relocation not available.
