Here's another great opportunity to join the Burger King team: The Manager, Franchising reports to the Director, Strategic Franchising & Business Development and participates in the development, maintenance and execution of all aspects of Burger King Corporations franchisee recruitment and approval function; provides input to and research on franchising strategies and policies; and serves as initial point of contact for prospective franchisees. Primary accountability for this position is sourcing, developing, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospective new franchisees, as well as managing select franchisee to franchisee acquisition approvals. Manages select F to F acquisition transaction approvals Develops and maintains DMA Franchising Plans in support of DMA Market Development Plans Provides research and input on franchising strategies and policies Identifies, develops, and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified prospective franchisees through targeted out-reach to entrepreneurs, brokers and funding sources, conventions, trade shows, and other networking methods Manages the current Franchise Interview Committee process while analyzing and proposing changes to this step in the overall process Qualifications Bachelors Degree MBA preferred 4-6 years of related work experience Demonstrates advanced skill-set with Microsoft Office applications used for financial analysis and presentation decks Excellent communication skills must be able to deliver and receive/understand complex messages At Burger King Corporation, diversity is part of our foundation for success.
