Managers for Adobe Gilas

Adobe Gilas located in Daytona Beach, Florida is currently looking for Managers for a full service Mexican Restaurant and Bar. If you have confidence in your ability to deliver consistent results while building a cohesive team, this is one opportunity that deserves serious consideration. Successful candidates will have a minimum 3-years management experience in a high volume full service restaurant. In addition, extensive front of the house and back of the house experience, impeccable communication, supervisory, and leadership skills are a must, along with demonstrated ability to build successful teams and deliver consistent results.  As a Manager, you will play an integral role in all areas of operations, from basic restaurant operations, guest relations, training, employee relations, and shift management to teambuilding.

 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide the highest level of customer service and quality at all times. Responsible for associate satisfaction, conducting performance reviews, resolving discrepancies. Demonstrate an understanding of current procedures/business practices to ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times. Supervise associates daily activities; assign responsibilities and provide clear/concise instructions while offering suggestions for increased productivity. Assist in hiring, training, promoting, disciplinary actions and establishing deadlines. Also, conducts and coordinates training for hourly associates. Prepare schedules ensuring all shifts are covered. Ensure a safe working environment for all associates while enforcing safety guidelines and building safety awareness. Estimate food/beverage costs and purchases supplies. Investigate and resolve service/food-beverage quality complaints. Inspect food and food preparation to maintain the highest quality standards while adhering to sanitation regulations. Comply with franchise standard operative procedures and all applicable regulatory agencies
