Mulit-Unit Managers & General Managers for Dunkin' Donuts

Couto Management Group is seeking Multi-Unit Managers and General Managers who are interested in becoming part of our growing team.  We currently have over 20 shops in the Boston area and over 50 in Massachusetts.  At this time, we are looking for applicants for our shops in Newton, Hingham and Roslindale.



 



Qualified applicants will have previous food service or retail experience.  Additionally, General Manager candidates will have 1-2 years experience in a supervisor role. Mulit-Unit Manager candidates will have previous multi-unit experience, a demonstrated history of profitability, familiarity with implementing cost controls, basic office/computer skills, and strong team leadership capabilities.
