Jason's Deli is a performance-based company. All promotions are from within the company and based on performance and availability of positions. This practice allows us to reward our highest performing managers with promotions to upper level positions such as area supervisor or regional supervisor.



JASON'S DELI MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IS SET UP AS FOLLOWS:



GENERAL MANAGERS

The General Manager oversees the operation of a single unit. They are responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Managers as well as developing a strong and satisfied customer base through marketing and advertising.

Salary Range: $50,000-100,000



ASSISTANT MANAGERS

The Assistant Manager positions are divided into two levels. The First Assistant Manager is involved in staffing, training, employee development, administration, and managing food and labor costs. The Second Assistant Manager is given direct responsibility for producing and maintaining the production line along with the everyday responsibility of running shifts.

Salary Range: $25,000-50,000



Eligible General Manager's and First Assistant Manager's have the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus based on percentage of their stores bottom line profit margin.
