Operations Manager - The Parlor Billiards & Spirits


The Parlor Billiards & Spirits, the Premier Billiard, Restaurant, Banquet and Ultralounge Nightclub is currently seeking seasoned, experienced Front of the House Managers. We have a passion for excellence in customer service and strive to find passionate management professionals.

The essential duties;
Review and evaluate all unit financial goals and metrics while developing individual and staff performance.
Develop and maintain continuous improvement of company culture and brand.
Responsible for training of Parlor department duties and guest point of contact.
Ensure normal business flow and guest satisfaction through on floor management and guest interaction.
Enjoy working five nights a week and 50 to 55 hours a week.
Coaching, developing and mentoring hourly staff through positive re-enforcement while holding employee accountable

You need to;
Have strong communication, written, math and organization skills.
Have good coaching, motivational and leadership skills. Show sharp attention to detail.
Show a passion for customer service.
Have 3-5 years of management experience in the food service industry
