Here's another great opportunity to join the Burger King team: This position focuses in influencing the teach and coach mindset through classroom facilitation of workshops by focusing on the Why and Whats In It For Me (WIIFM) The position executes on the training schedule developed by the training lead. The trainer influences trainees teach and coach mindset. Trainees include franchisee, franchisee operators, company operator, restaurant general managers, and multi-unit managers the leaders of the BK system.Essential Functions and Duties: Focuses on training delivery Certified to teach the BK global curriculum Teaches leadership skills to the leaders of the BK system Supports CRT certification by teaching necessary workshops, performing should-to-shoulder with the OTS to ensure classroom teaching having affect on trainees on the job, giving feedback on student to OTS after attend workshops Makes recommendation/gives feedback on training content/materials to the development team on what is/not working in the classroom environment Ensures the most efficient and effective learning process in classrooms Acts as a key resource for employees with less experience in the instruction field Certifies, supports, evaluates Certified Franchise Trainers Certifies leader led model Delivers training at OECs, Global Convention, DMAs, etc. Manages budget for training execution Administers hotel arrangements for classroom delivery Administrative duties Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelors Degree or related work experienceOperations knowledgeTraining delivery experience in a "Quick Service" restaurant.At Burger King Corporation, diversity is part of our foundation for success.
