PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Compiles payroll data, enters and maintains payroll related information. Audits time sheets, time card reports and payroll registers for accuracy; coordinates with branch payroll admin regarding any discrepancies. Research payroll issues and make necessary changes or corrections to resolve problems. Coordinates with HR on certain rate/salary changes. Process garnishments, child supports and tax levies. Generates reports from the payroll system and/or reporting tool, reviews data for accuracy. Completes employment verifications. Work on special projects as related to payroll.REQUIREMENTS:3+ years payroll experience in a multi-state environment, processsing a high volume payroll for exempt, non-exempt and union employees.  Proficient with ADP PC Payroll for Windows, knowledge of time and attendance systems a plus.
