Project Manager

Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., located in the beautiful Fox Theatre in downtown Detroit, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager. As a top international pizza chain in business for more than 48 years, Little Caesars offers tremendous opportunities for all of our colleagues. As a family owned company, we take an active interest in the professional growth of our team members.    As a Project Manager you will be responsible for providing advanced technical skills in the development of critical store applications; Enterprise-wide portal projects; consulting with internal customers across entities to determine business user needs; designing, coding, testing and documenting project plans; proactively investigating opportunities to automate functions and improve business processes; designing applications and processes and recommending resulting policies and procedures with user groups; and leading others in the project cycle and supporting user groups during implementation.

The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree with computer classes or equivalent experience. Advanced level of knowledge with a minimum of two years experience in WebSphere Portal Server development, installation and configuration experience. Minimum of four years experience with Java programming and demonstrated expertise in J2EE, Java Servlets, EJB, Design Patterns, and Web services Demonstrated ability to contribute expertise in the areas of architecture, application performance / scalability, design patterns / methods, and production application transition planning and execution. Evidence of experience in relational database programming (JDBC, SQL) Experience conducting post implementation software assessments.
