Job Description

Are you passionate enough? You won't be sitting at a desk at Max & Erma's. Our Managers create experiences by focusing on the details in the dining room and kitchen. You will be working with a dedicated team of associates, training, motivating, and leading with a focus on creating an experience for our guest so they can't wait to come back.

Required Skills

We are currently seeking managers with two plus years leadership experience for opportunities throughout our full-service casual theme system. Our long-standing practice of promoting from within allows candidates to advance in our growing system. We don't hire at the General or Regional Manager level we promote! We provide comprehensive training, a competitive salary and bonus plan, paid vacation, medical and dental insurance, and a company match 401k based on company performance.
