Responsibilities

● Provide operational reports for Division Dir. of Operations and other HSF Management to review. 

● Trains and develops new licensees/franchisees and other personnel on operating procedures.

● Assists the Licensee/Franchisee to maximize profits.

● Enforces compliance to Hot Stuff Foods standards and specifications.

● Cultivates a favorable business relationship with the licensee/franchisee.

● Assures that all company and governmental regulations are being observed.

· Build brand equity.

· Recommends changes in basic structure to ensure objectives fulfilled.

· Flawlessly execute company initiatives.

· Implement roll out of all HSF programs and new product introductions to achieve targeted sell-in numbers.

· Communicate to ensure the licensee/franchisee understands the culture, mission, vision and core values as they relate to the brand equity and the business.

· Timely completion and delivery of PRIDE™ reports to franchisee and QUEST Service Center.

· Conduct store visits and quarterly business reviews with franchisees to assist in maximizing sales and profits.

· Understand, interpret, uphold and enforce compliance by all Licensees/Franchisees to Hot

Stuff Foods standards, specifications and contractual requirements.

· Assure that all company and governmental regulations are being observed.

· Work with franchisee to develop targeted programs using existing training and other materials as a follow up to store visits.

· Share best practices among franchisees.

· Attends meetings of instruction on Hot Stuff Foods new products, procedures and periodic goals.

· Attain company growth objectives through strong working relationship with licensees/franchisees and optimized product offerings and strong operations.

· Maintains and safely operate company vehicle.

· Provide operational reports for Director of Operations and other Hot Stuff Foods Management.Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

· Multi-unit operations and P & L responsibility experience preferred.

· Franchise operations background required (preferably QSR).

· Experience in QSR segment. Experience with a national company.

● Must have a business/financial understanding of fast food/carry-out products.

● Exceptional personal/human relations skills.  Ability to communicate well with others.

● Self-motivated with a good work ethic.  Able to adjust to a changing work environment.

● Must have current driver’s license.  Extensive travel 2-3 overnights/week.
