The 'RIGHT' candidate will be skilled in a high volume operations and staffing role. They will also have demonstrated the ability to work as a team member within and across organizational lines to achieve staffing goals. The individual in this position will source, screen, interview with behavioral interviewing techniques, and make hiring recommendations to our management team. Our candidates will be found by attending job fairs, directly recruiting candidates, and using internet sourcing. This position will require 3-4 days of travel Monday-Friday throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania to ensure all openings are being filled in our retail stores.
