 StarLite Cruises  Now hiringReservations/Customer Service RepresentativesAndGroup Sales Managers  StarLite Cruises offers a variety of cruise itineraries on several passenger vessels cruising in the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area.  Our customers are seeking an enjoyable, entertaining and unique experience for parties as few as two and as many as two hundred or more. Reservations/Customer Service RepresentativesEntry level and experienced reservations/customer service positions are available.  Responsibilities include answering incoming phone inquiries, making reservations on our computerized reservation system, greeting guestsand selling tickets at the pier, light clerical and filing and providing assistance to the groups sales department with contract generation, processing special event collateral materials and direct mail projects.Full and part time candidates will be considered.  Banquet/Catering/Group Sales ManagersEverything that you can do in a banquet room you can do on a StarLite Cruise with an ever-changing water view.  Sales Managers are needed to work with a variety of groups booking with StarLite Cruises.  From corporate/convention and association groups to tour/travel groups to wedding(s) receptions, anniversaries, birthdays and special events of all kinds, StarLite provides the perfect atmosphere to satisfy their needs. Sales Managers oversee all aspects of the sale including initial contact, relationship building, creating proposal(s), negotiation of rates and space, handling objections and closing the sale.
