Maximum restaurant level performance.Proven ability to increase sales and profits through increased efficiency of operations within each restaurant. Ability to identify areas of opportunity, create and implement strategies which result in improved operations, increased market share, positive sales levels and profitability. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of emerging trends in industry.

Requirements:

Solid career progression with increasing levels of responsibility.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years multi-unit restaurant experience.

Must posses STRONG LEADERSHIP skills.

College preferred but not required.

 

 

 

DISTRICT MANAGERS

JOB DESCRIPTIONManage District financial performance. Hire, train, develop and motivate management team. Monitor District for compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Ensure district wide customer satisfaction and product quality.

DISTRICT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant experience with solid progression in the industry.

Proven management of 5-6 restaurants with total volume minimum $6 -8 M.

 

 

 

 

GENERAL MANAGER

Job DescriptionMust possess STRONG LEADERSHIP skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong P & L accountability Ability to Manage all areas of restaurant(s) financial performance: product and inventory, cash, human resource needs, equipment operations, local store marketing and community relations programs. Proven experience in hiring, training, developing and motivating restaurant team

REQUIREMENTS:Must have successful management experience with responsibility progression. Solid reference verification of two to five years restaurant management experience. High School Diploma (some college preferred – not required)
