JOB DESCRIPTIONManage District financial performance. Hire, train, develop and motivate management team. Monitor District for compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Ensure district wide customer satisfaction and product quality.

DISTRICT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant experience with solid progression in the industry.

Proven management of 5-6 restaurants with total volume minimum $6 -8 M.
