 Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab was created in conjunction with ICON LLC, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE) and the original Joe’s Stone Crab in Miami.  Giving an urban twist to a legendary concept, we now have locations in Las Vegas and Chicago, offering a sophisticated atmosphere to enjoy classic menu items such as the Florida Stone Crab Claws and the original 16-ounce Bone-In Filet Mignon.  We proudly feature fresh seafood flown in daily from around the world. RequirementsWe’re looking for a confident, polished service professional with at least 3+ years of high volume, fine dining restaurant management experience. Wine knowledge is a plus.
