Real Estate Coordinator

Internationally-known restaurant company, headquartered in doral, seeks real estate assistant/coordinator

 

Summary:

Coordinates and monitors the various procedures involved with:
1) New site acquisitions

2) All lease matters for existing locations (estoppels, CAM reconciliations, other

  lease issues)

 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintain online development database for all potential sites and sites under developmentMaintain site files and legal documents for all existing and potential sitesReview lease and other legal documents as need beDraft memos/letters and perform various other administrative functionsScreen phone calls from brokers, landlords, & developersMaintain schedule for Director of Real Estate

 

Qualifications/KEY ATTRIBUTES: 

 Administrative support-level real estate experience Basic understanding of real estate documents (Letters of Intent, Work Letters, Lease Outline Designs, Site Plans, Leases). Some knowledge of mapping programs and Adobe PhotoshopProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, & MS Outlook.Responsible, punctual, courteous, assertive, persistent and able to work independently Strong communications skills
