Fatburger, a fun, vibrant and exciting hamburger concept with over 55 years of heritage and over 100 units across the US, Canada, and Asia is seeking talented Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders candidates for its Atlantic City, New Jersey Market. Candidates should be well versed in the fast casual segment and truly understands the guest experience.

Responsibilities:
*Assist Management in Growing Sales

*Assist Management in Controlling Costs

*Maintain QSC Standards

*Build an awesome service oriented team

*Serve our guest as if they were your own

*Have fun!

Qualifications:
* Extroverted Individuals

* 2+ years management experience in a restaurant (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
* Strong communication skills

* Strong Leadership skills
* Versed in P&L interpretation and management
* High School degree or equivalent desired
