Qualified candidates should have:

·         At least three years of restaurant assistant management experience in a full service or fast casual concept.

·         A strong passion to work in the restaurant industry.

·         No more than three jobs in the past five years.

·         Must be able to work 50-55 hours per week in a 5 day work week.

·         A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
